Prepare the Item
Carefully repackage the product in its original shipping materials to ensure it remains protected during transit; items must be in like-new condition.
Schedule a Pickup or Drop-off
For small items, use the provided prepaid FedEx label; for larger furniture pieces, our specialized white-glove team will contact you to coordinate a professional removal.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned merchandise, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 to 14 business days.
